Water cascade near the queue area, five geysers, a water tower, plus a water moat surrounding the mountain island.
Three-tier outdoor switchback queue with iron pipe railings, red rock canyon walls, waterfall into a pool with wooden bridge, mine machinery building with geysers, giant ore boulders, and entry gate — matching the real ride's queue experience.
Canyon walls, fortune teller shack, cacti, dead bushes, cobwebs, trestle bridges, and red sand — the full desert Southwest setting.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad opened at Disneyland on September 2, 1979. The attraction depicts an abandoned gold mine haunted by supernatural forces — the famous "wildest ride in the wilderness." The mountain's distinctive red buttes were inspired by Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon, and the American Southwest. This Minecraft recreation captures the same banded stratigraphy, pointed spires, and mine-era theming across 115×115 blocks of terrain.
